It depends on who you want to reach.
- If your target is young people (teens to 30s), TikTok and Instagram are your best bets. I use these to connect with girls who care about beauty, wellness, and funny, real-life moments.
- If your target is older adults (30s to 60s), Facebook works better. My aunt runs a cooking page there and gets a lot of engagement from women over 40.
- If you want to reach professionals or businesses, LinkedIn is the way to go.
- For longer videos, explainer content, or tutorials, YouTube is still very strong.
When I tested my own beauty content, I saw that TikTok got me more views and comments, but Instagram brought more DMs and followers who later bought my recommendations. So the right platform depends on your goal—views, clicks, or conversions.
